How ZERTREE laser coding supports upstream and downstream identification on beverage production lines.

The combination of laser coding and beverage packaging has gradually enabled full upstream and downstream coding coverage for both finished products and individual components. Laser technology is now used for semi-finished product preprocessing as well as finished-product marking.

PET plastic bottles, glass bottles, drinking-water containers, alcoholic beverage packaging, cartons and gift boxes can all be marked by ZERTREE CO₂ laser coding systems.

For inner and outer bottle-cap marking, ZERTREE also provides customized solutions for common cap types such as 28/38 caps and butterfly caps.
